ISAS
International Student Advocacy Support
Differences in U.S. Laws and policies from other countries are difficult to understand, and newly arriving international students can get into trouble when they do not understand the seriousness of accidentally or intentionally violating these laws. Any violation of school or U.S. laws could result in the loss of a valuable F-1 student status. Our legal referral system can access our network of attorneys who can provide legal counsel that covers 49 states. We offer advocacy for students in academic matters that will protect their rights during a student’s time in the U.S.
Why ISAS
When a student is faced with immigration or visa issues, timing is of the utmost importance. The ISAS service allows our elite team to step in right away to ascertain the situation and connect the student with the appropriate advocate in our network to help resolve the issue. Whether it is visa related hardship, academic cases, or legal challenges, our ISAS team is the most equipped resource for international students to seek help.
